  • Initial language test – competence test
  • Needs analysis
  • Targeted course plan
  • Registration of meetings
  • Follow-up and ongoing quality control throughout the course
  • Mid-course evaluation
  • Final evaluation
  • Impact Measurement – as soon as the course is completed
